  • Note that the system may not be operated depending on the grease type (low-temperature grease recommended especially at 0 °C or below).

Operating principle

Operating
  • The system mainly consists of an oil feed pump, distribution valve and pipe.
  • It features simple structure and distribution valve with precise measuring/dispensing function.
  • The system is operated by pressure, and lubrication is guaranteed by raising the pump pressure to an arbitrary pressure.

  • End type piping method

  • The end type means a dead-end method that installs a pressure control valve to the end of the main pipe coming out of the pump.
  • This is used in a situation where lubrication points are arranged in a relatively long straight line.

  • Since the loop type arranges main pipes in a loop, it is used in a situation where lubrication points are relatively concentrated to one area.

  • Manual type (loop end type piping method)

  • The manual type is used in a section having maintenance personnel. This is applied to various industrial machines and produces good performance.
  • The loop end type has the same structure as the loop type, but the piping method is suitable for relatively small-scale facilities.

  • Adjustment of the amount of discharge is done by the adjustment screw inside the indicating rod case.
  • Amount of discharge will become lower when the stroke of the main piston is reduced by tightening it.
  • Fix the screws using a lock screw after the adjustment.
