This system is applicable to car, agricultural machine, press machine, mining machine, machine tool, iron-making/forging press machine and the auxiliary equipment, rolling machine, shear, leveler, crane, conveyor, waterwheel in electric power plant, papermaking machine, textile machine, printing machine, food machine, packing machine, and other various machines and systems.

Feature

  1. Light, compact and strong (dispensing pressure: 14.7 MPa). Lubricant is fed reliably.
  2. Its versatility allows the system to be altered for the dual line system using a small hydraulic selector valve.
    The B type distribution valve can also be used for a medium-sized machine.
  3. Manufactured domestically to ensure safety, security and quality.
  4. Provide a maintenance system by agents providing maintenance service.

  • Note that the system may not be operated depending on the grease type (low-temperature grease recommended especially at 0 °C or below).

Operating principle

Operating principle of Auto Greastar
  • The system mainly consists of an oil feed pump, distribution valve and pipe.
  • The grease/oil fed by the pump moves the pistons of distribution valve one by one by hydraulic pressure.
  • Therefore, a fixed amount of grease/oil is fed regardless of the back pressure of bearing.

Equipment description

Electric pump

  • SK-505 is a tough product that functions in a severe in-car environment where the pump is vibrated or exposed to the rain.
  • SK-521 has two outlets, but it can be changed to one outlet. In this case, the dispensing amount will be doubled.

  • A 400 cc cartridge grease can also be used. In this case, the optional cartridge tank is required.
  • *1: Shows the case of using the controller AGT-525. A transformer is required separately when 400 V or different voltage is used.
  • *2: Supported by rewinding of motor.

Pneumatic pump

  • A small and strong pump that can change the dispensing pressure between 2.9 and 19.6 MPa by supply air.
  • SKB-881 is a double acting pump that dispenses continuously while air is supplied.
  • SKC-800 is a single acting pump that dispenses once by a single air supply.

  • In this case, the dispensing amount will be doubled.

Manual pump

Distribution valve

  • BU type distributor

  • By introducing distributor, grease and oil supplied from pumps and tanks can be distributed and refueled to multiple refueling points.
  • Do not plug the outlet of distributor. It causes malfunction of entire system.
  • To reduce the number of outlets, purchase the optional auxiliary metal fitting: AU-15 and AU-26.
  • The BMUM type distributor combines the BMU type and M type distributor.
  • The BMU type distributor are delivered separately.
