This system is applicable to iron-making/rolling machine and the auxiliary equipment, press machine, crane/conveyor and various cargo handling machines, waterwheel in electric power plant, gate machine, machine used in the chemical/food and drink industry, mining machine, papermaking machine, machine tool, constructing machine, ship machine and dredger, textile machine, printing machine, and other various machines and systems.

  • Operating temperature: -20 to +70 ⁰C (non condensing)
  • Note that the system may not be operated depending on the grease type (low-temperature grease recommended especially at 0 °C or below).

Operating principle

Single line system Operating
  • The system mainly consists of an oil feed pump, distribution valve and pipe.
  • The grease/oil fed by the pump moves the pistons of distribution valve one by one by hydraulic pressure (20.6 MPa).
  • Therefore, a fixed amount of grease/oil is fed regardless of the back pressure of bearing.

Equipment description

Electric pump

  • The electric pump EP-11B with simplified structure features toughness, easy handling and high maintainability.
  • It can be operated by starting/stopping with a timer, or starting with a timer and stopping with a counter via controller.

APump Both manual and automatic pumps are available.
BControl panel The timer control system and mechanical interlocking system are available.
CBlock Alarm Switch In case when part of the system has become clogged, this switch operates to actuate the alarm device incorporated in the control panel. In the manual type, the situation is judged from the abnormal increase of the pressure gauge.
DLubrication checking indicator rod Reciprocating motion of the indicator rod indicates normal operation of the equipment. It can also be employed as an alarm device in combination with the CYCLE L-SWITCH.
EClog Indicator A block signal auto-relief device, etc. are employed to indicate the clogged position.
FMaster distributor This valve measures the quantity of lubricant from the pump and supplies it to the secondary distributor.
GSecondary distributor This valve measures the quantity of lubricant fed from the master distributor and supplies it to the bearing and tertiary distributors.
HTertiary distributor This valve measures the quantity of lubricant fed from the secondary distributors and supplies it to the bearings.
IPiping This consists of a main pipe(pump to main distributor), branch pipe(main distributor to secondary distributor or secondary distributor to tertiary distributor),and supply pipe(distributor to bearing).

Pneumatic pump

  • The pneumatic pump is used in combination with the grease station. It can also be used alone.
  • Without electrical operation, the pump automatically functions or stops by just supplying air.

  • B type distribution valve

  • From a minimum of three blocks to a maximum of eight blocks are used as a unit.
